Learn -  Take this opportunity to train with a teacher who will share the lineage of yoga. Learn the asana techniques, teaching methodology, functional anatomy, pranayama, lifestyles and philosophy.  Our discourse in yoga philosophy, using the template of the yoga sutras (aphorisms) as of Sri Patanjali, help in contextualizing yoga to our life and daily living.

Guided Meditation sessions within the healing energy of the rain forest.

Costa Rica - Close to trees, volcano, rivers and waterfall. Come and immerse yourself for two weeks. You will learn and feel yoga in your body. You will also be guided how to teach it safely to others. After completing the training you will be given a 200 hour completion certificate, which can be registered with Yoga Alliance as a RYS200 yoga teacher

Cost: 200 hour yoga teacher training - special price for a double accommodation in the bunkhouse (if available you will be upgraded to a single) $1050 + 13% tax for 14 nights stay. Includes three meals and Yoga Alliance approved training certificate at completion.
