Become a Yoga teacher and enjoy the beaches and tropical jungle all together in one magical moment. Discover who you are, where you are in this journey through life.
In this training you will engage in the physical practice of yoga asanas, with thought provoking discussions that guide you to explore your inner being; discovering your true self as you bring your awareness to your layers of conditionings and deep seated impressions/Samskaras. The transformation will leave you energized, confident and ready to follow your inner calling. You will learn how to teach, and guide a yoga session which is built on the foundation of your own practice.
You will learn the yoga philosophy of Sri Patanjali. Pranayama, Bandhas, Energy Bodies and Energy Systems (chakras).
Techniques and Methodology: Learn the techniques of asanas, how to design and deliver a yoga session. Practice daily meditation and learn how to guide a meditation session.
On your day off, for extra cost, you can choose from the following: massage, meditation classes with horses, horse trek on the beach, and energy healing sessions.

A space run by a family, who give their love & care to the gardens, the natural environment and animals that they live with. Parrots, chickens, horses, dogs, cats and the visiting monkeys, sloths, iguanas, agoutis are part of the slow rhythm of life here in this little paradise.
Travel Info: Fly to the main airport in Costa Rica: Juan Santamaria in San Jose. A private or a group transportation can be arranged for additional cost to and from the airport to the training location.
